Relax
Home Away From Home......
The cottage retains its original charm but offers all the everyday comforts to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The modern industrial feel furniture blended with the colourful soft furnishing gives the contemporary feel. Two Double bedroom, one bathroom and open plan dining, sitting and cooking areas. It is well equipped to cope with a family or group of 5 people.





KICKBACK
Everything You Could Ever Need.....
Very spacious open plan lounge/dining room with wooden table for up to 6 diners. Two Sofas one of which is a sofa bed. Coffee tables, smart TV with Wii game console for those rainy lazy days and accent chair. Wooden shelves with a good variety of books to read and family games. Amazon Echo Show 8 with Alexa.
Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage, coffee Machine, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Door to steps to rear garden where there is an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. Picnic set, cushions and Blankets are provided to ensure the BBQ or al fresco dining can continue into long into the warm summer evenings. (The steps from the kitchen to the garden are quite steep, please take care). There is also a side access to the rear space from a gated entrance next to the front door.
Bookings made 6 weeks in advance of arrival date a 10% non-refundable deposit is required, in the event that we are unable to re-let the property. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Booking made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival required to be settled in full at time of booking.
There are three car parks very close by. My favourite is at the railway station. There is one on Park Avenue ( Both run by the council and about £50 for the week). There is also one on North Terrace, but I don’t know the rates.
There is also the rugby club which is a bit further out, but they do run- a bus services.
Small dogs are welcome but we politely request that they are kept off the furniture and also kept downstairs.
